Welcome to my website

I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in sociology at the Instituto de Sociología - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (ISUC). Prior to this, I completed a Master in Applied Economics at UCN and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Universidad de Cartagena in Colombia.

My research is primarily dedicated to comprehending the multifaceted aspects of population health and well-being. It involves the exploration of diverse factors, such as the origins, disparities, inequalities, and evolving trends in these domains. My research framework encompasses the intricate interplay of social and economic determinants of health and well-being. To delve into these critical subjects, I employ a rigorous                                                                                           methodology that leverages causal inference techniques in conjunction                                                                                            with extensive sets of observational data.
